Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
